This training will explore how to integrate expressive therapies and parts work to deepen a client's self-awareness and self-identity. Utilizing parts work and sandtray therapy, practitioners will learn how to guide clients in facilitating a compassionate relationship with themselves and their world.

Riding the Rollercoaster of Emotions: Playful Applications of the Zones of Regulation

Emotional dysregulation can feel like a rollercoaster for both children and the adults supporting them. This workshop explores creative, play-based strategies for bringing the Zones of Regulation to life in the therapy room. Through demonstration and interactive activities, therapists will gain practical tools to help children identify emotions, strengthen coping skills, and build emotional awareness and regulation capacity in developmentally appropriate ways.

Finding Hope in Hard Places: Bringing Resources of Faith into the Therapy Room

This training equips clinicians with practical strategies for integrating resources of faith into play therapy and psychotherapy across the lifespan. Participants will learn how to incorporate faith-based interventions to support emotional expression, trauma processing, grief work, and self-esteem development. The workshop includes demonstration of play-based interventions and application of faith-integrated strategies through case examples and experiential learning. Clinicians will leave with practical tools to integrate resources of faith into clinical work in ways that support healing and resilience.
