Kate Lauren Lynch, M.Ed., is a Licensed Professional Counselor and National Certified Counselor. She serves clients ages 4 and up, specializing in working with children, teens and young adults. Kate has been a mental health provider for several years serving across multiple settings including schools, non-profit, private practice and higher levels of care such as partial hospitalization, intensive outpatient, and providing assessments in a hospital based setting. She utilizes solution focused therapy, mindfulness, sandtray therapy, therapeutic expressive art activities and play therapy techniques. Kate meets clients where they are at to support their personal journey and progress toward positive change.
