Brittany Stroud, M.A., is a Licensed Professional Counselor Supervisor, National Certified Counselor, and Registered Yoga Teacher. Working with adolescents and adults, she specializes in supporting clients experiences life transitions, anxiety, depression, and interpersonal conflict through a trauma-informed lens and mindfulness-based approach. As a clinician, she integrates multiple modalities and interventions to best support clients, ranging from EMDR, DBT, and MBCT to expressive arts and somatic practices. Entering her tenth year in the field of mental health, Brittany has served in school, university, non-profit, and private practice settings and considers it her greatest joy in life to walk alongside clients. Outside of the office, you can find her on a hike, reading in Fort Worth's beautiful Botanic Gardens, exploring new places in the world, or enjoying time with her community.
